Our gutter clearance service is probably the most important service we provide
The reason we say this is because unlike your windows and cladding they perform a very impotant job.
if your gutters are blocked with moss / leaves or even worse rooted grass the water that runs into them from your roof has know where to go so sits in the gutter until it starts to over flow.
This not only causes an annoying drip normaly directly over a door or window but the excess water could also make its way inside your home causing damp, aswell as the extra weight possibly causing damage to the gutter it's self leaving you with a costly repair bill.
It is also worth mentioning that some insurance companies may not pay out on a claim if your gutters are not maintaned to allow free water flow,
As with our window cleaning we can now clear your gutters from the safety of the ground using our high powered high level gutter vac system.
This reduces the risk of damage to your home though the use of ladders being rested against gutters / walls or fascia boards and also prevents you having work men at your home working in an unsafe maner, unfortunately there may still be times when a ladder must be used to unblock down pipes.
This system consists of a triple motor industrial vacum along with rigid tube capable of reaching up to 9 metres from the ground this allows us to reach the gutters of a three storie townhouse and also ample reach to access gutters located above conservatories or single storie extentions, we also use a wireless camera attached to the top of the tubes that sends a feed to a small screen attached to the base of the tube so the operator can see exactly what needs to be cleared, we can also use this camera to carry out a survey of your gutters to see if they need clearing.
We also carry a genarator with us so there is no need for you to be at home for us to connect to your house hold electric supply although if access to a socket is avalible we prefer to use that as we can not run the vacum at full power from the genarator
