Referals terms & conditions
To receive your discount for referals they must come onto our books as a regular customer (ie not one off cleans).
To receive the full 25% discount refer us to to close neighbours within your street (upto 10 doors away).
Refer us to people within you local area (surrounding streets) receive a discount fo 20%.
Refer us to people within your village / small town or on your estate receive a discount of 15%.
Refer us to people outside your local area (elsewhere in a large town / another town or village) receive a discount of 10%.
If you refer us to comercial work you could increase your discount to 100%
Free window cleaning
If you book us to clean other areas of your property (gutters /conservatory roofs / cladding / drives / patios / decking) we will clean your windows for free on that visit.

Free window clean NOT available if it is the first or a one off window clean
Free window clean only to the value of £20 if your normal maintance clean cost is more than this then windows will be cleaned and cost reduced by £20
Multiple area discounts
If you book us to clean multiple areas of your property we will give you a discount on all works and also clean your windows for free.
